Charles was VERY quick and precise with getting the side of my house covered from the tornado so nothing in my attic gets damaged and wet and cut my tree off the house to prevent further damages to my home. Very polite and efficient is his work. I WILL be recommending Charles to other friends and family of mine! I cannot thank him enough for the time and work he has put in! He is also working on another claim of mine for the interior and just waiting on the insurance people to get back to us! Cannot wait for my home to be back together correctly! Charles also has very wonderful customer service! Thank you Charles for dealing with this mess I have going on!

I had a water leak that causes major damage to my laundry room, guest room, and garage. My insurance recommended Paul Davis and their property manager Alex was great. He spoke to me and then had his team out here within two hours. The team did a detail assessment and the next day were hearing doing demolition. Alex and his team were true professional and I recommended them for anyone who needs assistance.

I happened to be out of town a lot and Gabe went out of his way to go above and beyond and gave us 5 star service, from taking pictures on his phone to giving me daily updates, to directing his crew and passing by for onsite progress checkins. As a home owner and licensed realtor involved in real estate developments here in Atlanta, I know how hard it is to find quality contractors you can depend on, who will do great work and in this case do all of the above while me not even having to be onsite to oversee the work.
